John Aramini
Owner and senior counselor of Aramini Management.
John's expertise in sales, customer and business retention combined with his background in counseling psychology have formed his unique management counseling approach when working with business owners and senior management to improve their business practices to sustain their company's growth.
Organizations have benefited from his application of psychological principles and practices to successfully overcome the typical systemic obstacles that interfere with attaining goals.
John’s employment history encompasses private sector, non-profit and community based agency settings including directing a 100-person sales division involving $40 million in revenue. His client groups include health/medical, education, media retail and internet marketing.

John earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Jersey City State University. He received additional training in counseling psychology in a doctoral program at New York University. John volunteers his time as a mentor of graduate students in counseling and organizational psychology at Columbia University TC. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife.

Ellen M. Aramini
Executive Vice President of Aramini Management.
Ellen has over twenty years experience in business start-ups, direct sales, business development, staffing and recruiting solutions.
Ellen ran a small business start up that under her direction, grew steadily for over twelve years.
Ellen was also a core member of a start up team that grew its staffing business to 22 branches during her tenure. As a general manager she played a key role in marketing, policy, procedure, corporate sales and operations.
She has staffed diverse levels of personnel including public relations, accounting, information technology, sales, administrative, human resources and customer service. Industries serviced include: banking, publishing, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, telecom, medical instrument, internet marketing and insurance businesses.
Ellen is a "Partners in Change Award" winner, presented by the National Network for Women's Employment for her outstanding community efforts in supporting the education and employment efforts of women in transition in Bergen County. Ellen wrote and secured competive grants to bring counseling, skills training and employment opportunities to targeted needs groups in Bergen County. She volunteers her time at Hackensack University Medical Center.
