John Aramini is the owner and senior counselor of Aramini Management.

John's expertise in sales, customer and business retention combined with his background in counseling psychology have formed his unique management counseling approach when working with business owners and senior management to improve their business practices to sustain their company's growth.

Organizations have benefited from his application of psychological principles and practices to successfully overcome the typical systemic obstacles that interfere with attaining goals.

John’s employment history encompasses private sector, non-profit and community based agency settings including directing a 100-person sales division involving $40 million in revenue. His client groups include:

John has spoken at various trade shows and business conferences. His original written works include, "Why Are We Spending and It Isn't Working?" (August 2007) and "Effective Project Teams to Meet Customer Needs and Introduce Cultural Change" (June 2006) have appeared in publications of the Newspaper Association of America.

John earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Jersey City State University. He received additional training in counseling psychology in a doctoral program at New York University. John volunteers his time as a mentor of graduate students in counseling and organizational psychology at Columbia University TC. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife.
